Priced from the $350s
Seagram Lofts are competitively priced from the $350s with a total of 103 spacious units, ranging from 935 – 2,500 sqft in size.
The Seagram Lofts are two of the oldest and most memorable buildings in Waterloo. They were designated for their cultural value under the Ontario Heritage Act by city council in 2016.
They were built around 1892 as warehouses to store whisky barrels for the Seagram Distillery. In 1999 they were converted into luxurious loft condos.
Each building features a beautiful rooftop garden where you can take in the spectacular view of the city as well as flexible office space on the ground floor.
Great efforts were made by the Barrel Works Group Ltd. to reuse the original brick and barrel-wood salvaged during the selective demolition process.
