Most of us naturally make our decisions based on the input we get from those closest to us. You can ask your friends and family for recommendations.
While you are not obligated to hire an agent that your friends or family recommend, it does help to have someone on your team who is known in your community.
You want an agent that is good at networking and negotiating, someone who communicates well and works with others to get your condo sold.
Ask Other Clients
Don’t be afraid to reach out to other clients to ask them questions about a particular agent they worked with. This is like doing a reference check.
Ask Other Professionals
You can also ask for input from other professionals: Other real estate agents who specialize in another field besides condos, mortgage brokers, bank loan officers, and others who have worked with real estate agents. They may offer a different perspective on the agents you are inquiring about.
