Growing up in St. Agatha, Heather and has vast knowledge of Waterloo Region and Wilmot Township, as well as Bruce County. She has a passion for the real estate industry and its various facets, with experience in custom home building, residential sales and leasing, condominium sales and leasing, and commercial real estate. Heather also has experience with renovating and flipping some of her own properties, as well as working with a local Interior Designer. This gives her a unique perspective when showing and listing properties, as it allows her to see things from a structural angle as well as having an eye for space usage and visualization. Heather has become a Humber College facilitator and plans to contribute to the education for future realtors. Further, Heather has experience in the specialized condominium market, assisting clients in buying, investing, as well as leasing.

Having lived in the Waterloo Region since 2004 when I first arrived in Canada from Romania, I have been able to witness firsthand the great real estate development that has been taking place all around us at an incredible pace. I attended the University of Waterloo and thereafter obtained a master’s degree in Business Management from Lund University in Sweden.
